Kheera Raita – a national dish of Indian cuisine, which is a cold soup of grated cucumbers in mint yogurt.

- Cucumbers 450 g
- Yogurt 350-370 ml
- Mint 1 twig
- Lemon zest 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
