Turmeric 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil 0.5 cup
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for crispy eggplant cubes is very simple. Cut eggplant into cubes and place in a bowl. Add salt and turmeric, stir and set aside for 15 minutes. Then stir again, remove the eggplant with a slotted spoon and drain with paper towels.
