Soup curry – Indian food recipe. Fragrant, thick and very tasty curry soup will not leave anyone indifferent. Vegetable broth can be replaced with water.

Recipe Ingredients

Dry Peas 100 g
Broth 1 l
Carrots 2 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Butter 2 tbsp
Curry 1 tbsp
Lemon 1 pcs
Cilantro 1 bunch

Cooking Recipe

For the curry soup, soak the peas in cold water to swell. After the peas swell, pour vegetable broth or water over them, and cook over medium heat until tender.

Finely chop the potatoes, onions and carrots and add to the pan with the peas. Boil everything for 25 minutes.

Grind the garlic and fry until slightly golden, and then add curry powder, chopped peeled tomatoes, juice of half a lemon, salt. Let it simmer well and pour into the soup.

Mix the soup and bring to a boil. When serving curry soup, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garnish with a lemon wedge.
