Lettuce 150 g
Champignons 200-250 g
Feta Cheese 100 g

Cooking Recipe

For the Spanish cuisine salad with champignons, olives and cheese, clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Olives for this salad are best taken stuffed with lemon. Pour chopped mushrooms with marinade from olives, mix and set aside for marinating for 20-30 minutes.

Cut the olives into slices, cut the cheese into small cubes, tear the salad into pieces. In a deep bowl, mix lettuce, cheese, olives and strained mushrooms, pour champignon salad butter and serve.
