Salad "Minsk" – dish of Belarusian cuisine. Salad tastes best if chilled well before serving.

Recipe Ingredients

Potatoes 600 g
Champignons 250 g
Onion 2 pcs
Sauerkraut 150 g
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the Minsky salad recipe, boil the mushrooms and chop finely. Boil the potatoes in their skins and also cut into small pieces.

Add chopped onion, sauerkraut to chopped potatoes and champignons and mix everything well. Before serving, pour over salad with vinegar, vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar.
