- Pears 1 pcs
- Ricotta cheese 100 g
- Cashews 20 g
- Pancetta 100 g

Salad of Pear, Ricotta and Arugula Recipe
The recipe for pear, ricotta and arugula salad is very simple. Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into thin slices. If the pears are hard, they can be lightly stewed in water. Wash the arugula and sprinkle the pear with lemon juice.
Crumble the ricotta, if the ricotta is wet, transfer it to a sieve and press lightly to remove excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix the arugula, pear, ricotta, salt and pepper. Top with chopped pancetta, toasted nuts and parmesan. Salad is ready, it remains to drizzle with olive oil and serve.
