Shopska salad is cooked in layers and never stirred. Cut the tomatoes thinly into circles or thin slices.
Lay out all vegetables in layers. Heat the vegetable oil slightly and mix with vinegar. Pour the salad dressing with oil and vinegar and sprinkle with cheese on top. You can add chopped greens to the finished shop salad.
