Butter 120 g
Eggs 1 pcs
Water 1 tbsp
For Filling
Pumpkin 800 g
Cream 15% 100 g
Hard Cheese 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Cilantro 1 bunch

Cooking Recipe

To cook a pumpkin pie, you first need to cook the dough. Chop the butter with flour, add soda, egg and water. As quickly as possible, knead the dough.

Grease the baking dish with oil and spread the dough over the entire surface and sides. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the filling.

Peel the pumpkin, cut and bake until soft. Then rub the garlic and pumpkin on a fine grater, add salt, pepper, cream and half of the grated cheese. Mix everything well.

Remove the dough from the cold, pierce in several places with a fork. Put the filling on the dough, then chopped greens and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake pumpkin pie in the oven at 180°С (355°F) for 40 minutes.
