The cheese souffle recipe is very simple. Separate egg yolks from the whites, mix the yolks with flour, baking powder and starch. Beat the whites in a fluffy foam and add to the yolk mass. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and gently stir into the egg mixture. Grease the baking tins with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the prepared dough and place in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F). Bake cheese souffle until golden brown 25-30 minutes.
