Zucchini stuffed with beef - a recipe for Jewish cuisine, vegetables are stuffed in all countries - it is always tasty and satisfying. Due to the fact that zucchini are cooked in the oven with a small amount of water, they do not become dry, but they are not digested either, the main thing is to guess with water. Rice before mixing with the rest of the ingredients must be boiled, but not until tender, but half.

Recipe Ingredients

Beef 150-200 g
Rice 1 cup
Eggs 3 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Parsley 0.5 tbsp
Dill 0.5 tbsp
For Sauce
Wheat Flour 1 tbsp
Water 100 ml

Cooking Recipe

To cook recipe of Jewish cuisine zucchini stuffed with beef, finely chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Twist the fried onion through a meat grinder with beef.

Peel the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a tablespoon. Thus, boats should turn out.

Boil rice until half cooked, boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop. Mix rice with minced meat, eggs, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. If the filling for zucchini is too dry, you can add 1-2 tbsp. water.

Fill the prepared zucchini with the filling, place tightly in a baking dish and pour about 1 cm of water. Place the stuffed zucchini in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F) and bake for 30 minutes.

Mix the flour with water, it is better to do it with a whisk so that there are no lumps, pour the stuffed zucchini with the sauce and put it back in the oven for 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove stuffed zucchini from the oven, transfer to a dish and serve.
