For the Mexican-style steak recipe, peel and grate the garlic. Salt the steak, pepper and rub with garlic on all sides. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the steak on the oil and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. With this roast, the middle of the steak should be light pink. Place the fried steak on a kitchen towel to remove excess fat.
