Dill (lat.Anethum) is an annual cross-pollinated plant of the umbrella family. The height of dill is from 40 to 160 cm. East India and Persia are considered the homeland of dill. In the wild, dill grows in North Africa, Iran, Asia Minor. Since ancient times, dill was considered one of the best aromatic plants. In Europe, dill began to grow from the 10th century.
