- Egg noodles 250 g
- Shrimps 200 g
- Garlic 2 clove

Egg noodles with shrimps recipe
The Egg Noodles with Shrimps recipe is easy to prepare. Place the egg noodles in boiling salted water and boil for 3-5 minutes. Then fold it onto a sieve and rinse under running cold water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add star anise and finely chopped garlic. Fry over medium heat for 1 minute. Then put finely chopped green onions, shrimps and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour soy sauce, lemon juice into a frying pan for shrimp, add noodles and stir. Increase heat to maximum, stirring fry for 2-3 minutes, and then transfer to a plate and serve immediately. Egg noodles with shrimps can be garnished with fresh tomatoes and herbs.
