Salad "Gulistan" – a recipe for Uzbek cuisine, the salad includes many different, at first glance, incompatible products, but the salad turns out to be very interesting in taste and unexpectedly tasty. You can use any radish, you can black, green or daikon. Peas in a salad are not necessarily fresh from the garden, you can use frozen peas, it is no worse.

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken 250 g
Daikon 500 g
Quince 250 g
Green Peas 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 100 g
Parsley 4-5 twigs
Onion 2 pcs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the Uzbek cuisine recipe Gulistan salad peel, wash, cut into strips and pour cold water for 10-15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Boil chicken meat, cool and cut into strips.

Peel the quince (optional), cut into 4 parts, remove the seed box and boil until soft.

Drain the water from the radish and combine the radish with fried onions, chicken meat, green peas, thinly sliced quince and finely chopped parsley. Season salad with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, put in a slide and garnish with quince slices, boiled and quartered eggs.
