Broccoli, carrot and potato salad – a Moroccan cuisine recipe, broccoli, carrots and potatoes are very harmoniously combined. But the most important thing in this salad is the sauce, which is very refreshing and transforms the taste of the salad. Although the salad consists of only vegetables, it is quite hearty and it may be enough for a snack.

Recipe Ingredients

Broccoli 300 g
Carrots 2 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Butter 2 g
For Sauce
Lemon 1 pcs
Vinegar 9% 1 tsp
Olive Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook a Moroccan cuisine recipe broccoli, carrot and potato salad, peel the carrots and potatoes, cut into small cubes and boil. Cook vegetables separately, in slightly salted water.

Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, rinse well, transfer to a sieve or colander and drain completely or dry the broccoli with a paper towel.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, add salt, black pepper, vinegar and olive oil to the lemon juice. Mix everything well, this will be the sauce for the salad.

To make the vegetables taste softer, in a bowl, mix the potatoes and carrots while still warm, add the butter and stir to cover all the vegetables.

Add broccoli to boiled vegetables and mix. Put prepared salad in a salad bowl, pour over the cooked sauce and serve.
