Cooking Recipe

For the recipe batter dipped deep fried cauliflower, wash the cabbage, disassemble into rosettes and boil in salted water until half cooked. In a food processor, combine flour, salt, oil, hot pepper, ginger, fenugreek seeds, chopped herbs and cold water. If you mix the ingredients by hand, then it is better to use ground spices.

Cover the prepared batter and set aside for 10-15 minutes, and then beat again, so the dough will be lighter. The batter should be the consistency of thick cream, if it turns out thick - add water, if liquid - add flour. Mix the baking powder into the prepared batter.

Pour vegetable oil or fat about 5-7 cm into a deep brazier and place on the stove. When the oil is hot, dip one rosette of cabbage into the batter, and then deep-fry on all sides.

Ready pakora transfer to a paper towel to remove excess fat. Serve the battered cauliflower immediately, or you can transfer to a baking sheet and place in a warm oven, this way the pakora will keep for up to an hour.
