Lentil cutlets with bulgur – a Turkish cuisine recipe, red lentils are better for cutlets, but green lentils can also be used.

- Red lentils 1 cup
- Bulgur 1 cup
- Onion 1 pcs
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Green onions 1 pcs
- Ground paprika 1 tsp
- Caraway 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Lentil cutlets with bulgur recipe
To cook a Turkish cuisine recipe lentil cutlets with bulgur sort lentils, rinse well, pour 3-4 glasses of water and put on medium heat. Boil the lentils until the water has completely evaporated, and then add bulgur and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Cover bulgur and lentils and leave for 20 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry chopped onions in it. Add tomato paste to fried onions, stir and remove from heat.
Mix everything well, tearing off small pieces from the mass, give shape to cutlets, put on lettuce leaves or any other greens, and serve.
