For smoked ribs with beans, soak the beans overnight. In the morning, boil beans with chopped onion rings. Cut the ribs, pour water so that it only covers the ribs, and put on medium heat.
When the ribs become soft, transfer the boiled beans with onions, but without water, to them. Mix everything, salt and simmer over low heat under the lid for 10-15 minutes. When serving ribs with beans sprinkle with ground black pepper.
