To cook beef in egg laces recipe, cut the meat into strips. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar and salt. Put the beef in the prepared marinade, mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After the marinade, drain, and fry the meat in heated vegetable oil until golden brown. The meat must not be allowed to dry out.
Transfer the fried meat to a paper towel, and put finely chopped onion in the pan. When the onion changes color, add garlic and finely chopped hot peppers. Then lay out the bell peppers, cut into strips, stir and cook until the peppers are soft.
Mix oyster sauce with sesame oil and pour into a frying pan with beef, stir. Next, mix the corn starch with 2-3 tbsp water and pour into the pan as well. Mix everything and continue cooking for literally 1 minute, the sauce should thicken slightly.
