Meatballs on skewers - a recipe for German cuisine, minced meat for meatballs can be beef, pork or mixed. The special taste of meatballs is given by cheese, mustard, horseradish and greens added to minced meat.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork 800 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Hard Cheese 100 g
Wheat Flour 100 g
Mustard 3 tbsp
Horseradish 2 tbsp
Parsley 2-3 twigs
Bell Pepper 2 pcs

Cooking Recipe

To cook a German cuisine recipe meatballs on skewers, wash sweet yellow peppers, remove seeds and membranes and cut into squares.

Process red pepper in the same way as yellow. Twist the meat in a meat grinder, add eggs, grated cheese, flour, mustard, horseradish, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to the minced meat.

Mix everything thoroughly and form into small balls. Thread the shaped meatballs onto the skewers alternately with the chopped paprika.

Put the meatballs on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and place in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F). Bake meatballs for 20 minutes, then serve warm with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
