Rice with sweet peppers and cheese is a Spanish recipe. This dish uses the same rice as risotto.

For the rice with sweet peppers and cheese recipe, finely chop the onion, cut the pepper into strips, dilute the tomato paste with 50 ml of water. Fry the onion in vegetable oil with the addition of tomato paste.
After the onion is fried, add rice, mix well and pour hot water over it. Add bell pepper, salt and place in preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 40 minutes. After rice is cooked, sprinkle with grated cheese, let stand for 5 minutes and the dish can be submit.
