Pampushki with garlic recipe
In order to cook garlic pampushki, you need to dissolve the yeast in warm water, add salt and sugar. Stir and gradually add flour. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 30-50 minutes.
Once the dough is fine, divide it into small, equal buns and place on a floured baking sheet. Let the donuts rise for 15-20 minutes, and then bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
While the donuts are being prepared, prepare the garlic dressing. For garlic dressing, finely chop the garlic, squeeze it out in a garlic press, and combine with water and vegetable oil.
While still warm pampushki spread with garlic dressing and serve.
