Cheese pie in Sweden is served with meat, poultry or smoked salmon. Cheese pie is very easy to prepare, this dish is delicious both hot and cold.

Recipe Ingredients

For Dough
Wheat Flour 200-210 g
Butter 150 g
Water 2 tbsp
For Filling
Hard Cheese 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Cream 15% 200 ml

Cooking Recipe

For the cheese pie chop the butter with flour, add cold water and quickly knead the dough. Spread the dough in a mold with sides and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Mix eggs with cream, salt and pepper.

Remove the form with the dough from the refrigerator, pierce the dough with a fork in several places and put in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
