For a salmon and cream cheese buns recipe, cut the bun or bagel in half lengthways. Season the cream cheese with lemon. Cut the pickled salmon as thin as possible.
Spread cream cheese on two halves of a bun. Put onion cut into thin rings on the upper half, put thin salmon slices on the lower half. Put dill or watercress or arugula on top of the salmon, cover with the top buns and you can enjoy.
