In order to cook Swedish eggs, you need to peel off the bread, cut into thin slices and cut out 12 circles. Fry the cut circles of bread on one side in a piece of butter.

Crush the remaining crumb into small crumbs and fry in the rest of the oil. Boil eggs, peel and cut into 4 pieces. Separate the yolks from the eggs, grind, add boiled finely chopped shrimp.

To the resulting mass add the fried crumbs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Put a circle of protein on the bread fried on one side, and fill the middle with the prepared filling.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and garnish with whole shrimps. Serve Swedish eggs right away.
