Bryndza cheese omelet – a recipe of Moldavian cuisine, skrob is an omelette topped with grated feta cheese and chopped herbs.

For the bryndza cheese omelette recipe, wash the herbs, shake off the water and chop finely. Grate the cheese, finely chop the garlic or pass through a press.
Beat eggs with milk and pour into a frying pan heated with oil. Fry the omelette over medium heat, stirring lightly. When the omelette is set, sprinkle with grated cheese, herbs, garlic and pepper.
Cover bryndza cheese omelette and fry for another 1-2 minutes. If the cheese is not salty, the omelet can be salted. Cut the finished scrob into portions and serve hot.
