Bread stuffed turnip - a recipe for russian cuisine, you can serve such a dish with sweet cream.

Recipe Ingredients

Turnip 7 pcs
White Bread 200 g
Butter 2 tbsp
Cream 15% 1 cup
Sugar 6 tbsp
Raisins 4 tbsp
Eggs 4 pcs
Walnut 4 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the bread stuffed turnip recipe, wash the turnip well and boil until half cooked. It will take about 20 minutes to boil the turnip.

In a separate bowl, mix grated bread, butter, egg yolk, cream and sugar. Cut off the top from the boiled turnip and choose the middle. Grind the middle of the turnip with minced meat, add raisins and mix.

Stuff turnips with prepared minced meat, cover with a lid, put on a baking sheet and sprinkle the lids with grated nuts. Bake stuffed turnip at 250°C (480°F) for 15-20 minutes. The remaining proteins can be whipped with 4 tbsp. sugar and serve as a cream for stuffed turnips.
