For the nettle soup recipe, remove the skin from the thighs, add water and put on fire. When the thighs are cooked, they must be removed, the meat is separated from the bone and cut into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Sort out young nettles, rinse, put on a sieve and let the water drain. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes or small slices.

Strain the broth where the thighs were cooked and put on medium heat. Add potatoes to the broth and cook until half cooked, and then add chopped meat, fried onions, nettles, salt, pepper and cook until cooked. Serve nettle soup with sour cream and half a boiled egg.
