Potato casserole with mushrooms - a recipe of Belarusian cuisine, mushrooms for potato casserole can be taken fresh or dried. Dried mushrooms must first be soaked in water.

Recipe Ingredients

Potatoes 1.5 kg
Mushrooms 200 g
Onion 2 pcs
Wheat Flour 1 tbsp
Sour Cream 2 tbsp
