To cook stuffed zucchini, you need to take young zucchini with tender skin. Cut the zucchini into barrels of about 4 cm. Carefully remove the core with a spoon, but the bottom should not be broken – you should get a glass.
Finely chop the zucchini core and fry in vegetable oil. Add breadcrumbs, an egg, grated cheese and finely chopped herbs to the cooled stuffing.
Fry the zucchini barrels on all sides in vegetable oil, drain, and then stuff with prepared stuffing.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out stuffed zucchini. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
