Chicken and egg pancake recipe
To make a recipe for chicken and egg pancakes, mix flour with yeast into crumbs, add salt, sugar and beat in an egg. Mix everything well until flakes. It is best to do this with your hands, rubbing the dough with your palms.
Heat the water slightly, but you should not heat it too much, otherwise the yeast will simply boil and will not ferment. Gradually pour water into the flour with the rest of the products, it is best to knead the dough with a whisk, so it is easier to get rid of the lumps. Add vegetable oil, stir and let the dough rise for 15-30 minutes.
Remove the skin from chicken thighs, rinse, add water and boil until tender. After the thighs are cooked, separate the meat from the bone and chop finely. From the broth that comes out after boiling the thighs, you can make a soup or sauce.
Mix the fried onions with chopped chicken and eggs. Season the prepared minced meat with salt and pepper, add ground coriander to taste and mix. Wrap a small amount of minced meat in each pancake. Such pancakes can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator, and before serving, fry in butter on both sides and serve.
