Bananas 3 pcs
Hazelnut 100 g
Wheat Flour 200 g
Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g

Cooking Recipe

For an easy recipe like banana muffin, beat softened butter with sugar until fluffy. Then beat in the eggs and beat again.

Mix flour with salt, baking powder and combine with butter mass. Using a mixer, beat into a homogeneous dough, add 2 bananas mashed with a fork, sour cream, vanilla, coarsely chopped nuts and mix. Cut the remaining banana into slices and gently fold into the dough.

Grease a baking dish with oil, place the dough in it, flatten and place in a preheated oven to 175°C (348°F). Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes. Then reduce oven temperature to 100°C (210°F) and bake banana muffin for another 20-25 minutes. After the cake is baked, take it out of the oven, and after 10 minutes, take it out of the mold.
