Chocolate Cottage Cheese Cake – This is certainly not Cheesecake, but nothing worse. Any fat content can be used for the cake, if it is too watery, it is better to remove the liquid. This is easily done by placing the curd in a sieve or wrapping it in cheesecloth and hanging it to drain. Liqueur can be added to the chocolate layer for a more interesting taste.

Chocolate Cottage Cheese Cake Recipe
The recipe for a cottage cheese and chocolate cake is very simple. Cottage cheese does not need to be wiped through a sieve; it can be chopped using a submersible blender. Add the rest of the ingredients for the curd layer to the curd and beat with a blender.
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper, grease the sides with butter. Grind the cookies into crumbs and combine with softened butter. Spread the prepared mass evenly over the bottom of the mold.
Put the cottage cheese mass into a mold with the bottom cake and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
While the cake is baking, you can prepare the chocolate layer. Mix the egg with sour cream, add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
When the first two layers are baked, pour the chocolate layer over the curd and put it back in the oven for 35 minutes. After baking cake keep in the off oven for another 30 minutes.
