- Oat flakes 2 cup
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp

- Milk 80 ml

To cook a British recipe oat scones, mix sifted flour with oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and raisins.

Roll out the finished oatmeal dough into a 2 cm thick flipper, use a notch or a glass to cut out round cakes.

Spread a baking sheet with butter or sprinkle with flour, put oat scones on it and bake in an oven preheated to 190-200°C (375-390°F) for 15 minutes.
