Zucchini and tomato appetizer is a simple but very tasty dish according to the recipe of Ukrainian cuisine, an original appetizer that can be eaten alone or in combination with other dishes.

Recipe Ingredients

Tomatoes 200-300 g
Onion 150 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Vinegar 9% 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook zucchini and tomato appetizers, peel the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes and lightly fry in half the vegetable oil.

After that, add zucchini to the onion, salt, pepper, add a pinch of sugar.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the zucchini. Stir and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Cool the prepared snack, season with vinegar, the remaining sunflower oil and chopped garlic. Zucchini and tomato appetizers served cold.
