For such a simple Russian dessert as sour cream, you need to mix sugar with vanilla sugar. Pour gelatin with water and let it swell for 15-20 minutes.
Put sugar with vanilla in chilled sour cream and beat into a homogeneous thick fluffy foam. Continuing to beat, add the prepared gelatin.
