Omelette with fried green onions is a recipe of Russian cuisine, a light airy omelet cooked in the oven, it can be served for breakfast or as a snack.

Recipe Ingredients

Eggs 4 pcs
Wheat Flour 160 g
Milk 150 ml
Butter 2 tbsp
Green Onions 2 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe omelet with fried green onions, separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites in a thick stable foam, grate the yolks with salt and pepper until white. Combine yolks with proteins, add milk, sifted flour and mix.

Chop the onion and lightly fry in half the butter. Add the fried onion to the mixture and mix well.

Grease the baking dish with the remaining butter, pour the dough and place in the oven preheated to 200°C (390°F). Bake omelette for 30-40 minutes, test by piercing with a skewer or toothpick.
