For the beet caviar recipe, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Peel the beets, grate and also fry in vegetable oil.
Add onion, tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper to the fried beets, mix and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
