Next you should prepare the sauce. Grate the horseradish; you can use store-bought horseradish without adding beets. Add horseradish to the sour cream, salt and pepper, add lemon juice and mix. You can also add finely chopped herbs to the sauce. Place a spoonful of sauce on the bread, top with salmon, garnish with thinly sliced cucumbers and greens.
