The recipe for zucchini terrine is very simple. Add eggs, finely chopped parsley, chopped garlic, cream cheese, salt and pepper to the cottage cheese. Mix everything well until smooth.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices. This is best done using a vegetable cutter, approximately 1 mm thick.

Divide the curd mass into four parts. Place one part in a baking dish, then a layer of zucchini. Next is the curd layer, after the zucchini, and so on. The last layer should be a layer of cottage cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Cover the terrine pan with foil and place in a preheated oven.

Bake zucchini terrine for 50-60 minutes. Remove the terrine from the oven, let cool and place in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Remove from refrigerator before serving.
