Wheat Flour 4 cups
Kefir 4 cups
Sugar 3 cups
Vegetable Oil 2 cups
Eggs 3 pcs
Vanilla Sugar 3 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the sweet kefir pie recipe, mix kefir with sugar in a deep bowl. Mix until sugar dissolves and foam forms. Add vanilla sugar, eggs, salt and mix again. After adding flour and butter, mix the dough and set aside for 15 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, transfer the dough to a baking dish and place in a preheated 200°C (390°F) oven. Bake a sweet cake for 1-1.5 hours. Serve sweet pie on kefir warm, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
