Chicken Liver Skewers Ingredients
- Chicken Liver 150 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1-2 tbsp
- Yakitori Sauce 2-3 tbsp
Chicken Liver Skewers Recipe
For the Japanese recipe chicken liver skewers, in a small bowl, combine the yakitori sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic and hot ground pepper. Wash the chicken liver carefully, being careful not to damage it. Remove, if any, the film and place in a bowl with marinade. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After the time has elapsed, string the liver like a snake onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers and place on a preheated grill or pan. Fry skewers from the liver, periodically turning over. Fried on all sides liver skewers put on a prepared plate and serve with vegetables and warmed Yakitori sauce.
