Brinjula in Georgian means rice. Accordingly, a dish under this name is cooked from rice flour. Rice flour can be mixed in half with wheat flour, or even replaced with wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 250 g
Rice Flour 250 g
Water 350 ml
Eggs 5 pcs
Butter 200 g

Cooking Recipe

For the brinjula recipe, mix two types of flour, add water and knead the dough.

Grease a baking dish with oil and spread the dough evenly. Spread shredded cheese in an even layer on top of the dough.

The next layer is from boiled and chopped eggs. Cut the butter into small cubes and spread over the entire dough. Bake brinjula in the oven at 180°C (355°F) for 30 minutes.
