The recipe for an American dish - sausages in dough, is quite simple. Sausage dough can be cooked according to this recipe, or you can use puff pastry. Beat eggs with milk, add soda, sugar, salt and, without ceasing to beat, gradually add the sifted flour.

Wipe the sausages dry, chop on skewers and dip each into the dough. If the dough is too thick, you can put it on the sausage with a spoon, and then, after moistening your hands with water, stick it around the sausage.

Pour oil into a frying pan and heat well. Fry the prepared sausages evenly on all sides in oil.
