Cream buns is an American cuisine recipe. Buns are airy, similar to roses. A little tip - when laying out the buns on a baking sheet, try not to put them close to each other, otherwise you may end up with one big bun pie.

Recipe Ingredients

For Dough
Wheat Flour 400 g
Milk 100 ml
Butter 100 g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Eggs 2 pcs
Salt 1 tsp
For Cream
Butter 150 g

Cooking Recipe

For cream buns, dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar, eggs, melted and chilled butter. Mix everything well, gradually adding flour. Knead the elastic dough and leave it in heat for 1 hour.

While the dough is rising, you can cook the cream for the buns. Beat soft, but not melted butter with powdered sugar until creamy.

After the dough has risen, divide it into two parts and roll out into a rectangular layer about 5 mm thick. Spread the cream evenly on each layer of dough, roll up and pinch the edges.

Cut the twisted rolls into pieces of 4-5 cm, pinch each piece on one side. Place the prepared buns closed side down on a floured baking sheet and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

After the buns have risen, bake at 180°C (355°F) for 20 minutes. Ready cream buns sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
