- Sour cream 3-4 tbsp
- Meat broth 1 cup

Beef Lung in Sour Cream Recipe
The recipe for beef lung in sour cream is very simple. Easy to wash, remove the film, pour water and put on medium heat. When the water boils, remove the foam and continue to cook until fully cooked. Cut the boiled lung into small pieces.
In a frying pan, heat vegetable and butter, put the pieces of lung and fry a little. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and pour into the pan to light.
