Sweet apricot pie - a recipe for Ukrainian cuisine, you can also make a strawberry pie from this dough.

Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 300 g
Milk 200 ml
Apricot 300-400 g
Sugar 250 g
Butter 120 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Soda 1 pinch
Citric Acid 1 pinch
Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Recipe

To cook recipe Ukrainian cuisine butter apricot pie melt the butter, cool slightly, add eggs and mix with a whisk. Gradually introduce milk, soda, salt, sugar and sifted flour. Mix everything well into a homogeneous mass and put in an oiled baking dish.

Rinse apricots, cut in half and remove pits. Put the prepared apricots on the dough, sprinkle with powdered sugar and put in a preheated oven to 180°C (355°F). Bake apricot pie for 30 minutes.
