English Chocolate Pudding – a recipe for British cuisine, in England there are a lot of different puddings, one of the puddings they cook for Christmas, with berries and dried fruits. Chocolate pudding is simpler, it can be prepared any day, it is prepared from readily available products and does not take a lot of time, especially since a food processor can knead it for you.
English Chocolate Pudding Ingredients
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Cream 15% 2 tbsp
- Sugar 60 g
- Milk 125 ml
- Breadcrumbs 125 g
- Butter 50 g
- Eggs 2 g
- Cognac 1 tsp
- Almonds 2 tbsp
- Wheat flour 60 g
- Soda 0,5 tsp
English Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Pour flour, grated almonds, cocoa into breadcrumbs and mix. Further, without ceasing to interfere, gradually introduce the remaining products.
Lastly, add the whipped egg whites to the pudding dough and stir. The dough is quite dense, if you cannot knead it with a spoon or spatula, you can do it with your hands. The chocolate pudding dough should be smooth.
Cover the pudding mold with foil, you can take two small forms. Steam the chocolate pudding for an hour, but if you use two small forms, the amount of time should be cut in half. Ready cooled chocolate pudding transfer to a plate, cut, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
