Cooking Recipe

For the recipe polenta with shrimp and mushrooms, add cornmeal to salted boiling water. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 40 minutes over medium heat. Once the polenta is cooked, transfer it to a serving dish and let cool.

Peel the shrimp, remove the black thread on the back. Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the mashed garlic on it, add the shrimp. After that, add thinly sliced mushrooms to the pan and pour in the wine. Simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

After everything is well stewed, remove the garlic, salt and pepper. Season with grated nutmeg and finely chopped parsley. Cut the cooled polenta into thin slices, approximately 1 cm, and arrange in a single layer on a greased baking dish. Place shrimp and mushrooms on top and bake polenta at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
