Kolrabi cabbage with champignons - an appetizer recipe that is very simple and quick. Often, salads are cooked from kohlrabi, but this cabbage is also very tasty and stewed. Mushrooms can be any, and dried too, pre-soaked.

Recipe Ingredients

Kohlrabi 300 g
Leek 50 g
Ginger 30 g
Star Anise 1 pcs
Champignons 150-200 g
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Soy Sauce 3-4 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook the kohlrabi cabbage with mushrooms recipe, cut the onion into thin rings, cut the ginger into small strips. Wash mushrooms and cut into slices. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.

Wash the kohlrabi, peel and cut into thin strips.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the ginger, onion, broken star anise and fry. When the onion becomes soft, put the kohlrabi and fry for 2-3 minutes, and then pour in the prepared sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Put chopped mushrooms in a pan with kohlrabi, mix and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Serve kohlrabi with champignons hot.
